Make production due-date driven — not ad-hoc.

One planning system that plans your capacity, gives every component a physical due date, pushes every change live to the floor — and shows you, in real time, what the floor has completed.

The problem

——

Change one job, and the whole plan moves.

Today, planning mostly lives in a spreadsheet — managed one resource at a time. It works until something shifts: a rush order, a machine down, a late delivery. Then every job has to move left and right, across every resource, the plan no longer matches the floor, and the shop falls back on ad-hoc firefighting. The bigger or busier you get, the faster it breaks.

The shift ——

Stop planning one resource at a time. Plan on every level at once.

This is what makes ARDIS® different. Instead of juggling a single resource view, ARDIS® guards the whole plan across levels, so a change ripples through cleanly instead of blowing everything up.

First, capacity. ARDIS® plans what has to happen and when, across a single bottleneck or several capacity axes at the same time. You see where the load really sits before you commit.

Then, every component gets a physical due date. Not a vague “due next week,” but a concrete date for each step: sawn by, CNC’d by, edge-banded by, assembled or installed by. The whole chain is anchored to the date that actually matters - the ship or install date - and worked backward from there, always within the capacity you just planned. A due date is only worth setting if it’s a date you can actually hit.

And fine-tune where you need to. Override the plan by hand (e.g. move a job to another machine, change the run order, slot in a rush) and every dependent due date re-aligns around it, automatically.

Planner: Capacity and due dates, under control ——

Plan the capacity. Set the dates. Know they hold.

The Planner turns incoming work into a plan you can stand behind:

  • Capacity planning across one or many axes: balance the real bottlenecks, not just one machine in isolation. A saw-heavy job and a CNC-heavy job lean on different resources; ARDIS® weighs them together and shows what’s actually holding you back.
  • A physical due date per component, per step: saw, CNC, edgeband, assembly, install — all anchored to the final delivery date.
  • A promisable date at order intake: because the plan runs against real capacity, you can commit to a date the moment the order lands.
  • Change it once, everywhere updates: move a job and the dependent dates re-align across the whole plan, all the way down to the shop floor, instead of forcing a manual reshuffle.
Scheduler: The plan, live on the floor ——

From plan to shop floor — seamlessly.

The plan flows straight into the Scheduler, where the office view and the shop reality finally stop drifting apart:

  • Fine-tune the schedule: drag a job, move it to another machine, set the exact run order.
  • Operators always know what’s due today, in what order, and what’s ready: no chasing, no guessing.
  • Nobody stands idle: the next job is always queued and ready.
  • Live feedback from the floor: see what’s already been completed today of what was needed, and whether you’re still on track.
  • Changes land live: adjust the plan and it reaches the floor instantly. Simply.

What you get

——

A shop that runs to the date — not to the loudest voice.

  • Due-date driven, not ad-hoc. Every part carries the date it has to be ready, at every step.
  • See overtime coming. Know when you’ll need an extra shift — based on real progress from the floor, not yesterday’s plan.
  • One source of truth, in sync. Plan flows down, reality flows back up, so the plan matches the floor.
  • Retire the spreadsheets. No more parallel Excel plans that are out of date the moment you save them.

Built for the way you produce

——

One system, tuned to how you run.

Components & finished-product plants, where delivery reliability is the product. Promise accurate dates at order intake, keep the floor loaded, and see your KPIs (delivery reliability, throughput, WIP) built on clean, real data.

And the same engine fits the rest of the shop floor: cut-to-size service centers answering a fast, reliable yes or no on any lead time; installed-projects manufacturers planning backward from the installation date and keeping fit-out crews in sync.

Whatever you cut, one plan runs it, from order intake to the shop floor.
